Hello everyone:

I know this forum is very helpful, I need some advise in the process of bringing my two brothers to USA.

I am a US citizen and I want to bring my 2 younger brothers to uSA, I have already read all the instructions of I 130, but I still have some questions:

1) Should I file I-130 for every brother, I mean do I have to send each petition with all the proving documents in diferent envelope to Homeland security or the two petitions can be in the same envelope.

2) Should I file G-325A for myself and my brothers?. I filed this form when I did the petition for my mother.

3) The filing fee is $ 420.00?

4) The form I- 130 ( edition 01/08/12 ) and form G-325A ( edition 06/30/2011) are still accepted ?

Thanks in advance.

A bit off topic: Have you explored how long it will be before your brothers can be issued a visa? How old are your brothers? Are they married? How long before your mom can apply for citizenship?

You can send them in the same envelope but need a full set of documents for each, ie two I-130s, two sets of fees etc.

Thanks for your answers.

My brothers are single and they are 30 and 27 years old. My mother recently got her G.C., she is living with me in USA and She is going to be a citizen in the next five years. I think I do not have another option that my person do the petition for both.

If you petition for them now then it will take about 10 years before they'll be eligible for a visa. If your mother petitions for them now then it will take about 7 years, as long as they don't get married. If she upgrades her petitions when she becomes a US citizen then it will knock about a year off the waiting time.

You and your mother should both file petitions for them. If something happens to your mother then they can still immigrate based on your petitions, or vice versa.
