Can I have more than one co-sponsor? I.E. my mother, my father, my cousins husband and I?

No. If you do not meet the 125% requirement, then you need one co-sponsor that meets the requirement for their own household size plus your fiancee. You will each fill out your own I-134.

do you have to have $5000.00- $10,000 in the bank in order to file for your fiance to come to the states?

I want to apologize if I overstep any boundaries or "ASSUME" or "READING between the LINES". But I feel compelled to say this:

Miss, be very careful. Whoever told you that you need $5,000-$10,000 in savings is wrong. If it is a "man" telling you that you need this amount in the bank... I would suggest you be VERY careful and watch out for next few signs...

The next sign would be "winning" your trust (love, affirmation, etc).

Then the next sign would be suggesting you give him all your routing #, transfer $$ (for whatever reason), and etc...

The next thing you'll know by morning some time down the road, your money is swindled, dwindled, drained, here and there...

It can happen within a month to a year.

MENA (Middle East North Africans) are notably from HIGH fraud countries.

Keep your eyes open and your pocketbook CLOSER.

I believe I was the one that answered your question about assets before. I am sorry you found the answer unsatisfactory. I will try again.

You can use assets to make up for a lack in income. You use assets at 3 times the shortcoming in income. For example: if you need $20k but only make $18k, then you can list on the form that you have a savings account with at least $6k, 3 x the $2k you are missing.

If your income alone is enough to meet the 125% requirement, then there is no need to fill out the assets section at all. You can skip those questions about assets entirely and leave them blank. It is not required to have or list assets on the I-134 for the K-1 or on the I-864 after you are married for AOS.

I found your information to be very helpful, thank you for this little tid bit :)

As long as your yearly income meets their guidelines, you should be fine.

Correct, but it only needs to be 3 times when sponsoring a spouse/fiance(e) or minor child.

No offense intended so no apologies necessary.

Thanks.
