Congrats! I seem to remember reading that certain countries automatically get expedited, and I believe Haiti is one of them. Don't quote me on this however.

I think you may be right.

I was denied an expedite because my case is already on an Adjudicators desk! I could not believe it and called and the lady toldme that indeed it is a true fact that my case is now sitting on a desk waiting to be approved! I mailed in my I-129F on June 12, 2012! This is less than two week! BelieveinGod and pray! He is faithful and answers prayers!!! I will pray for those still waiting for theirs to land on a desk!

I don't want to be a spoiler, but I would say don't get your hopes up too high. The USCIS has a way of saying things that sound like you are moving along quite rapidly when in reality the application is moving through at the normal procession. Go to the USCIS website and look up your case online. You will need your case number. There you should find their most recent acknowledgement. I don't believe that the K-1 visa has been set up for expedited services. The few areas where that is available carry a big fee, usually about $1,000. Sorry, but maybe if you look closer at the statistics from the USCIS you will see the tremendous number of various applications they receive each year and the huge backlog.
