I recieved an email response reguarding my Expedite Request. This is what it said. They recieved my petition June 12,2012.

The status of this service request is:

Your request for expeditious processing is denied.

Upon receipt of your letter requesting expeditious handling, it was noted that your case is already with an adjudicator.

You should receive a response or a decision shortly.

Does this mean an my case is already being looked at by an Adjudicator?? If so that is such an answer to prayer!

Thanks guys!

Right! But it is already on an Adjudicators desk which means my NOA2 may be coming soon...I just thought that was weird!

Did you put in a request for an expedite? If so, when? Just curious.

I put in a Request for Expedite on June 19, 2012. And I recieved this email saying it has been denied because it was "noted that it it already with an Adjudicator". That's fast.

Yeah, that's the part that's confusing me as well.

As you mention in your initial headline "...EMAIL FROM VSC...."

While you are waiting for your NOA2, consider updating your profile to the "Vermont Service Center." Your initial I-129F petition was sent to the Dallas TX lockbox facility, not the Texas Service Center.

In order to get more realistic statistics, consider correcting your timeline to the correct interviewing consulate, currently it reads "Armenia" (?).

Good luck on your visa journey.

I'm so confused. You only filed about 10 days ago. You've already gotten your NOA1, had it forwarded to VSC, filed an expedite request, and had it denied all in that time only to be told your case is already with an adjudicator?

That seems lightning fast. For everything.

The devil is in the details, ...it is rather difficult to figure out what USCIS means by "it was noted that your case is already with an adjudicator."

I know! And the man on the phone when I called USCIS goes "WOW THAT IS EVEN FASTER THAN SOME EXPEDITES." My prayers must be working!!!!!!

I was denied an expedite because my case is already on an Adjudicators desk! I could not believe it and called and the lady toldme that indeed it is a true fact that my case is now sitting on a desk waiting to be approved! I mailed in my I-129F on June 12, 2012! This is less than two week! BelieveinGod and pray! He is faithful and answers prayers!!! I will pray for those still waiting for theirs to land on a desk!
