Currently.... they have issued Ice the incorrect GC and we have tried 4 times to fix it. First time they had us send it to the incorrect address. Second time they said we used an expired form, which was the form they gave us. Third time was "oh sorry we lost the last page, can you send it again?." Fourth time is the gov is shut down. Will this ever be corrected in time for Ice to get the permanent GC? Stay tuned to find out. T_T

I am AGAINST faking anything, but, yes I am with giving everybody SSN, you know why coz everybody will pay taxes to the government, instead of working under the table, and not paying taxes. especially, these days with this bad economy. and, for the job market, this will help to have a better candidates for the companies. and trust me there is a very strict law, but the question why the law is not applied ? because they can't apply it to everybody, why ? because USA needs the illegal worker, we gonna like it or not , but this is the truth.

and I really respect ur opinion , and it's always nice to have different point of views, it makes the discussion richer.

We already do give ITINs to people here illegally, so letting them also have an SSN doesn't make much of a difference, at least to my understanding.

After review this thread is closed, not for TOS violations but because it has gone widely off track through erroneous suppositions and assumptions not based upon the reported facts.

The OP said: "- Also i worked illeagly with a made up social secuitry for 6 months, and i even admitted so on the paperwork".

Working illegally is forgiven when a spouse of a US citizen receives a green card. While this is a violation of immigration regulations, it is not immigration fraud. She voluntarily reported her violation on her application. There was no misrepresentation. USCIS knew that she had worked illegally and knew that she had used a fake SSN. She violated immigration regulations but she reported her actions and USCIS made their decision in full knowledge of the facts.

Posting her story here also does not violate the Terms of Service for Visa Journey as she is not advocating or promoting fraud, but reporting on what her interview experience was even after she had disclosed that she had violated immigration regulations by working illegally.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”
