I tracked the status of my case online today and it sates that I have been mailed an RFE for my I-485.

Will this slow down the time it takes me to get my EAD and Travel Document or are they processed seperately??

Thank you in advance for your responses

This will delay all applications filed with your concurrent Adjustment of Status. It's in your best interest to turn that RFE around as quick as possible.

Yes Touches means questions then sometimes RFE's Once you return your RFE it will get prioritized and fall into line. It is best if they pick our packet up and work right through it with no delays. One TOuch is good if you follow USICS website. More than one touch means questions are being asked. Touched will mean picked up, worked on and put back down for questions. We never want this. I am expecting an RFE due to a former K1 I cancelled and broke off. I hope I am wrong but I am okay with it if this is what they need. My fiancee and I are patient as time apart will not stop our love and goal to be together.

Good luck!
