co-sponsor? or my husband sponsor me? plz suggestions

Hello,

My husband and I are still confused about the affidavit of support. here is his situation :

2003 : year of graduation and some part-time jobs

2004 : work only the first semester - he spend 2nd semester 2004 in Morocco (where we had the chance to meet each other)

2005 : full-time job from february till august: making a good income (exceeded the poverty level)

2006 : the same full-time job with the same company : good income so far

so, plz, what you think? Will we need a co-sponsor? or can just my husband sponsor me?

it doent matter the years

if he exceeds the 125% of poverty guidelines he should be able to sponsor you but please get a letter from the employer as required..

Id say as long as the most current tax papers are at or above the proverty level you have nothing to worry about.
