So this is the deal..We sent the K1 back in Feb, waited 2 months and heard nothing, realized we didnt send nearly enough info... :crying: So we sent it again on Sept 26, them receiving it on Sept 28, still no NOA1, seeing people getting theres right away kinda worries me if I am going to get one...So this is my first post and just venting :P

You have no acknowledgment of them receiving your original filing? Was you fee payment cashed?

You have no acknowledgment of them receiving your original filing? Was you fee payment cashed?

That was one of the big problems, my fiance did not send the payment...lol and the package was never sent back, so I am not sure what happen to that, I dont even know if they received it or not...This was all before I came to this site..I know the package we sent this time had all the right info..Fingers crossed this time :thumbs:

27 March 2009 Check Cashed

30 March 2009 NOA received

8 April 2009 Biometric notice arrived by mail

24 April 2009 Biometrics scheduled

26 April 2009 Touched

...once again waiting

1 September 2009 (just over 5 months) Approved and card production ordered.

the same with us we waited a long for NOA1after 45days we recieved a notice that our money was not acceptable :crying: back to zero again we r hoping to get NOA1 soon if our lawyer working hard this time

July 17,2007- Applied for State ID in married Name(got August 05,2007)

July 18,2007- Driver's learners permit test....passed

Aug. 09,2007-Passport Amended in Philippine Embassy Washington D.C. (done the next day)

Aug. 21,2007- Biometrics AOS and AED

Sept.26,2007- EAD Card production ordered

Oct. 01,2007-EAD Approval Notice Sent(Recieved in the mailed Oct.04)

Oct. 03,2007-Passed the Driver Test Iam a license driver now yey-AOS Transferred to CSC

Nov. 27,2007-Card Production Prdered
