Hi everyone!

We are May 2017 filer and we got approved last November 15 2017, 83 days later NVC still have not received our papers from CIS. We called and email them everyday but we get the same answer.....everyday, that CIS sent our papers to NVC last Nov.16th and NVC said they don't have the papers yet and we need to contact CIS.

However, today, I received an email from NVC that our case was sent to NRC and  CIS-TSC requested the corresponding file and they will review the petition.

Our question are:

Why do they need to review AGAIN our petition?

Why CIS-TSC requested it when our papers/ I-129f packet was sent and processed in CSC.

How long would it take  them to send our papers to NVC?

We are so frustrated right now. :(:(:(

Thank you!
