Ok I'm doing this on my own and I have a few question about some of the forms that need to be filed out.

1. On the processing sheet for Form I-485 it ask for Form I-94#. It says located on the petition approval notice. I'm not sure what this is. He has a I-94 and the only #'s I see on the are a departure # and another 5 d. #.

2. Do I have have to fill out the supplement A to Form I-485? The way I readed it I don't.

3. I live with my parents and I will be using my mother income as well for Sponsor. By reading these forms it sounds like I don't have to file out another Affidavit of Support I can do it all on one since we live in the same house. I'm I right on this?

I just got a letter from USCIS saying...

"... Unfortunately it doesn't appear that the service will be able to complete your case within 90 days. you are eligible to apply for employment authorizarion. you many do so by coming to 8101 N Stemmons with the completed I-765 ..and.. I-131.... upon acceptance of I-765 you will receive a notice to go to the local application support center for biometrics...."

I have two questions...

1. Do I need to get the infopass appt or do I just take this letter?.

2. They already took my biometrics last month, why do they them again?.

Thanks in advance for the info..

I never received it, but I'm pretty sure you don't need an Infopass appointment, just that letter. Did they also give you a specific day/time when you have to go?

2. They already took my biometrics last month, why do they them again?.

Because those Biometrics were for AOS, these would be for the EAD, if you decide you want it!

I hope somebody that received that letter can give you 100% sure info about it. In the meantime, I hope I helped you a little!

Let us know how it goes and good luck on your appointment! (F)

They didn't mention any date or time. I am not sure yet if I am going to apply for EAD as I already have H1B and don't want to spend another $350 for EAD/AP.

Thanks for the info.
