I have my medical booked for june 2nd! Getting ever so close now to that all elusive interview and got all our evidence together bar a few letters which were mailed today from friends. I actually am feeling more organised now that I've stopped procrastinating on getting the evidence together :D

Make sure if you have to get the vaccination supplement filled out, you take the form with you... some offices are clueless when it comes to how it "really" works.

Quick update here:

Our house buying plan is still up in the air, the inspector found some things wrong we didnt like at all.

We got our NOA last week sometime, put it away and forgot about it.. it was the one that says you'll be getting a biometrics appointment later.

That's that, but at least its progress. Will keep you updated!

We have news at last!!!!!

We went yesterday to see our attorney and everything is looking all fine and dandy and he gave us a date for the 5th of June!:dance: oooh now I'm so excited! I can't wait to get this over and done with!

I also got my medical done in Dallas with a dr called Dr lawrence McNally. Hes very good and the staff are so friendly so I would highly reccomend them (cost of $60 is fantastic!). All that they did was draw blood, do an x-ray, check my ears, throat and abdomen and I was on my way in about 15 mins tops! No shots needed whooo hooo! The tb test wasnt even needed because they did the x-ray instead yayyy! :D

Hi all,

It has been a long time since my last posting. I was busy with my new job, and i was trying to forget the immigration thing for a while. :(

I am really frustrated with the INS, I started the Dora prgm back in January, and till now I did not even got a biometrics appt. I went there twice, and they always give me the same answer:"Sir we are working in your case"...the last time they even told me that I am on the name check process thing? I do not know what to do right now.Maybe just wait I guess, since they did not even bother sending me the 90 days letter....

Any suggestions

 Shawna! definite yay for progress- I'm delighted that you got your house problems sorted and the biometrics letter too :D

Maghreb I'm so sorry that you still aren't getting answers from Dora. You should have at least had the 90 days letter long ago. Perhaps write to your congress? I hear that Senator Kay Bailey-Hutchinson is very good. Good luck
