Is there anyone to tell me how to make a successful interview for K-1 in Consulate?

What questions do they usually ask?

What details are important for the interview?

Pls help.

Welcome to the forum.

Take the opportunity to check out the recent reviews for the GUZ consulate in the forum's Reviews section. The CO can ask any manner of questions depending on the circumstances and presentation of your case.

:time: It helps make the stats more relevant for everyone using the site.

Good luck on your visa journey.

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)

Very, Very Very country specific. Please go to the Embassy info section here or goto the reviews for your Embassy here. I could go on all day about my wife's experence at the Consulate in Almaty, but it would not help you one bit as they do things much differently there than at other Embassys/Consulates. By you flag I am assuming you are going thru China. There are others here that can help.

Good luck,

Dave

What Dave said + every case is unique, so there is no recipe for a successful interview. Having the documentation requested and being able to prove you have a real relationship are the two most important things to consider... but even THAT doesn't guarantee a successful interview and a visa.

Have ALL the documents needed by your consulate, be there on time, answer all the questions simply and clearly, and don't be TOO nervous (reading reviews from VJ members who interviewed in your consulate helps!). :P

Be prepared have your documents organized so you can find then quickly, go over everything with your finance. My wife felt it was an advantage to do it in English, follow the guides and read the postings on K-1 China. You will do fine.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.
