Hi dear vj's , today my wife call to uscis about our visa denial, the guy told her that ur application is revoked and contact us embassy pakistan, so my question is wat does mean of revoked and wat its indicate already uscis update our case status on website. thanks

plz help me out,,

Armani,

I do not remember all the details of your case.

I think you had an interview back in 2010 for cr1?

I think they sent your case back to uscis for NOIR

Did they send you a NOIR/NOID and did you respond to it?

What did you send with it?

If they truly did revoke your petition then you will never come to USA.

You cannot file a new petition

You can try but I think when they revoke a petition they will not approve any further I-130s from you.

You should probably think of a new country to live in.

Sept 30, 2011 NVC number and IIN received Friday-gotta wait till Monday

Oct 13, 2011 Case Completed- 13 days from receiving case number Took 32 days from NOA2

Nov 30, 2011 Notified of Interview date

January 19, 2012 Interview- 240 days from NOA1

INTERVIEW RESULTS-APPROVED WITH 14 WEEKS AP--but he got his visa in 56 days!!!!!!

i think you should contact the embassy as they suggested and find out what is wrong.

01/20/12 - I-130 sent to Chicago Lockbox.

01/26/12 - NOA1 received and processing at Vermont.

06/28/12 - NOA2 announced on status check.

06/29/12 - NVC received case learned on 07/2/12.

06/30/12 - Hard copy NOA2 received.

07/09/12 - NVC Casefile Number and IIN Issued.

07/16/12 - Receive and Sent DS-3032 via email.

07/17/12 - Mailed DS-3032 via mail, AOS bill received via email, paid online, Optin email sent.

07/18/12 - Optin accepted and new case number, AOS marked paid, emailed AOS packet.

07/24/12 - Assigned as Agent, IV Fee bill received via email, paid online.

07/25/12 - IV Fee marked paid, emailed IV packet.

05/16/13 - Arrived at GUZ and impromptu notice on the front it was closed.

03/02/15 - Received NOA2 with approval dated 02/25/15.

Revoked means the petition is no longer valid, meaning the embassy did not believe your relationship to be real, and sent it back to USCIS for them to look at it again. The USCIS will then send out a notice of intention to revoke (NOIR) and ask you for additional evidence. If they did not find the additional evidence sufficient, they will revoke your petition, and consider it attempted marriage fraud. I would immediately contact the embassy in Islamabad.

I had thought your case was reaffirmed? But please do come back and tell us what happ and whether or not you responded to the NOIR? If they sent one you only had a short amount of time to respond.

You didn't answer any of the questions...

Did your wife receive a NOIR? If so did she respond to it?

Have you contacted the embassy and what did they say exactly?

Did you get reaffirmed and another interview? or is this still from the original sending back to USCIS?

no she didn't get anything from uscis just said to her that call to us emabassy, and i m trying to contact embassy but the number is not working, press 1 to talk to operator and when i press 1 directly saying that good bye,my case was send back to uscis and it still the same... uscis only said to my wife on phone that ur application is revoked plz contact us embassy pakistan.

my pc shut down before I could finish editing... if that was the last thing you received and they are saying revoked and you never received a NOIR then its revoked your application now is not going anywhere else.

When you call the embassy and you press 1 and the recording says goodbye that means all the lines are busy. You have to keep calling over and over until you get through.
