Hello my morocco vj-ers. I am feeling a little bit overwhelmed :blink: . I want to start getting together things I need to send to my fiance and would love it if you would tell me what has been working and helping. What would a comprehensive list look like? I am confused if I need my dad (who is sponsoring my fiance) to fill out I-134 or I-864. In the embassy description it says in Casa they expect to receive I-864 (but it hasn't been updated since 2010). Do I as the petitioner need to fill an affidavit also, though I am not a primary or co-sponsor (I appear as a dependent on my father's taxes)?

I know that in Casa they don't usually allow fiancees or spouses in during the interview... what would you say are the benefits of travelling to Morocco to be with my fiance besides being of emotional and moral support to each other, helping with errands and paperwork, etc? Is there a benefit in the eyes of the CO?

Thank you Linds&Youssef! So do you think if the beneficiary is in the interview they ask if the fiance/e is in Morocco at the time and make a judgement based on that?

Does anyone else have any insight into my other questions?
