Helloooooo All,

So we are finally starting our K-1 visa, woohoo :) this is going to be lengthy post, so be ready :D

now, he sent me all that he needs to which are his biographic info, picture and letter of intent, i had him send me a copy of his birth cert and i will include that in the package just incase :) (anything else he needs to send me for the I-129 package?)

My questions are:

1. we are only engaged in the sense that we decided we want to get married:)there was a proposal as well later on to each other :D (over the phone) but since we havent had any parties or ceremonies, no proof of actual engagement is present. What can I say about this in my package or if i should say anything at all?

2. i dont have a boarding pass for going there, but i have my pass from the return flight, you guys think that would be enough proof regarding me actually traveling to see him? if not, where can I obtain proof that I did actually fly for the time I will state I was there? I was thinking I could get a doc from the police station in Turkey showing the dates I had entered and left Turkey and get it notarized by my consulate, but I dont know if that would be acceptable.

3. I only have about two or three pictures with only two of us, (other than snapshots i took of our msn convos) and they're not lovely dovey pics at all but you can tell from the smile on my face that im happy to be sitting next to him :D.. there are others that i took with him and my other family members but i don't know if that would count as proof of anything really. we were together just the two of us at times but it never occurred to either one to take any pics cause well we were really just trying to soak up every second together since we couldn't be alone on too many occasions. DO YOU GUYS THINK ONLY THOSE TWO THREE PICS OF JUST THE TWO OF US WILL BE ENOUGH OR SHOULD I INCLUDE THE ONES WITH HIM AND MY FAMILY AS WELL?

4. I will supply our msn convos and snapshots, facebook messages, if it helps I will also include the envelope that he sent me recently that has his and my name and address, (we never wrote letters to eachother, thanx to technology) Also, i will supply my phone log, he is basically the only person i call :)I had sent him some money to pay for his loans n stuff, i have the receipt for the last couple, I started saving them once we decided to do the K1, will those help as proof of relationship? also, I had sent him a gift package, might have the bill for that as well, yes or no as proof? also i bought him gifts while i was there too and we went to eat together and all that but darn it we didnt know we would be doing this visa deal so i didnt save anything:( if i can, i will print out my text messages to him but I dont know if it will help as i really never refer to him by his name in any of the texts.

WHAT ELSE CAN I SUPPLY?

5. should I include a letter other than the intent, explaining my feelings and our plans and stuff?

god I wish I was the one going to the interview, since we dont have much proof i really want to not just show them but also tell them how much i love him and how we met and what our plans are and stuff:( i wish i could be with him but i cant go :(

6.do they ask anything about eachother's families at the interview?

i think this is it for now, Im sure ill come up with more as the process picks up speed.

PLEASE HELP:*( WE'VE BEEN APART FOR ABOUT A YEAR AND A HALF NOW AND THERE ISNT ANY WAY I CAN GO TO SEE HIM, CANT LEAVE MY ILL MOM :*( AND EVEN IF I WERE TO GO, WE WOULD HAVE TO PART AGAIN, WE WANT TO REUNITE FOR GOOD :***((

My questions are:

1. we are only engaged in the sense that we decided we want to get married:)there was a proposal as well later on to each other :D (over the phone) but since we havent had any parties or ceremonies, no proof of actual engagement is present. What can I say about this in my package or if i should say anything at all? Save this discussion for interview

2. i dont have a boarding pass for going there, but i have my pass from the return flight, you guys think that would be enough proof regarding me actually traveling to see him? if not, where can I obtain proof that I did actually fly for the time I will state I was there? I was thinking I could get a doc from the police station in Turkey showing the dates I had entered and left Turkey and get it notarized by my consulate, but I dont know if that would be acceptable. Include return pass, and passport stamps, and explain you lost the other pass, also get bank or credit card statements if possible, receipts etc...

Also include family, and write on back of photo date and who is in photo.. send another photo of common people, ie, if he is with your mother, include one of you with your mother.

This is for interview. If anything, Send a very small subset of this, with cover letter that explains this and all will be available at interview. None of this is really relevent for petition approval, only relationship at interview.

5. should I include a letter other than the intent, explaining my feelings and our plans and stuff?

god I wish I was the one going to the interview, since we dont have much proof i really want to not just show them but also tell them how much i love him and how we met and what our plans are and stuff:( i wish i could be with him but i cant go :(Include this with your intent letter, if you like, may help for interview as CO will likely ready copy.

6.do they ask anything about eachother's families at the interview? Ask your regional forum, they are most up to speed with your consulate and interview questions.

i think this is it for now, Im sure ill come up with more as the process picks up speed.
