I received my interview letter about a week before my EAD card production was ordered. My EAD card arrived in the mail 10 days later on May 26 and my interview was scheduled for June 18. So for me, my interview was about 3 weeks after I received my EAD card.

03/27/2012 - Sent out AOS

04/06/2012 - Received letter for biometrics appointment

04/18/2012 - ASC Appointment done

05/09/2012 - Received e-mail: was mailed I485 appointment notice for an interview

05/11/2012 - NOA received with instructions. Request to appear for initial interview

05/16/2012 - EAD card production ordered

05/26/2012 - EAD card arrived in the mail

06/18/2012 - AOS Interview - Houston, TX... i-130 & i-485 - Approved!!
