Montana GOP Convention Features ‘Obama Presidential Library’ Outhouse With Fake Bullet Holes

Montana’s state Republican convention features an outhouse labeled “Obama’s Presidential Library,” complete paint that gave the appearance of bullet holes. State GOP Chairman Will Deschampsdismissed it as a “sideshow,” saying he didn’t know who was responsible for it.

Inside the outhouse was a fake birth certificate for President Obama. Via the Helena Independent Record:

Inside, a fake birth certificate for Barack Hussein Obama made reference to the disproven controversy over the president’s origins. It was stamped “Bull—-.” A graffito advised “For a Good Time call 800-Michelle (crossed out), Hillary (crossed out) and Pelosi (circled in red.)”

Deschamps said, “It’s not something I’m going to agonize over,” adding, “Some of that stuff is not real good taste. We do have a president of the United States, and we have to honor that.”

The outhouse was parked outside Missoula’s Hilton Garden Inn, where the convention took place. The convention’s featured speaker was former GOP presidential hopeful Newt Gingrich.

Never heard of that piñata incident. But does that somehow class up the Obama Presidental Library in the OP? Make it somehow appropriate and ok in your mind?

For the record I agree both Parties have substantially lowered the political discourse bar, pathetic if you ask me.

It says much more about the person creating such imagery than it does about the targeted people. Appalling, regardless of which party does it!
