Need URGENT help-got mail from NVC

I and my husband are preparing i-751 long with all the supported documents and we’ll file this form within this week. Our due date is 29th June ( because I entered USA on 30th September 2010---so 90 days prior to that date would be 1st July 2012).

Anyway, today we received this letter from NVC (see attached)

***WE HAVEN’T FILED NOR HAVE WE SENT ANYTHING TO USCIS /NVC YET***

***THE ONLY THING WE SENT TO THEM WAS THE CHANGE OF ADDRESS FORM I-865(MAILED IT) AND WE DID AR-11 ONLINE, WHICH WE SENT IT SERVERAL WEEKS AGO****

***WE LIVE IN HAWAII—NEVER MOVED TO OTHER STATES***

Looks like a same letter one of May filer received yesterday or so...

..........

Also, I'm receiving weird letter from National Visa center saying that they are unable to process my inquiry that has been forwarded by US Department of Homeland Security. I'm not sure if this is even related to the I-751 package.

I'm trying to contact their customer service, but unable to find the option to talk to real person. Does anyone have the information for this?

Thank you

I just want to clarify when you are filing as it sounds like you are planning to file too early. 90 days prior to the expiration of your green card is the *earliest* you can file, not the due date. So, if 7/1/12 is 90 days prior, they have to receive your ROC between 7/1/12 and the expiration date. Apologies if I misunderstood, but I wanted to say something so you didn't have the hassle of having them return it to you for filing too early.

AOS (from tourist w/overstay)

1/26/10 - NOA

5/04/10 - interview appt - approved

ROC

2/06/12 - NOA date

7/31/12 - card production ordered

N-400

2/08/13 - NOA date

3/05/13 - biometrics appt

6/18/13 - interview - passed!

7/18/13 - oath ceremony

it is 90 days from the date on your green card that reads Resident since:

use this tool to calculate that date:

Thank you “sciencenerd”

It’s good to know that I still have time. There’re a few more documents that I want to add to the packet.

Anyway, I have no idea why I received the (above) letter from NVC , when I haven’t filed anything to them yet(I'm still at the "planning to file status").

If you know anything related to this matter, please advise.

oh...one more thing i forgot to mention. i already received the reminding letter, sqying that I have to file for remove condition I-751. i received it on Friday 15Th June. And I haven't filed anything to NVC nor USCIS.

On Tuesday 19th June, I received the above letter from NVC saying they’re unable to process my request---which again---I haven’t requested or filed anything to them. Except, for filling the change of address…almost 2 months ago.

I think this might relate to this :

***THE ONLY THING WE SENT TO THEM WAS THE CHANGE OF ADDRESS FORM I-865(MAILED IT) AND WE DID AR-11 ONLINE, WHICH WE SENT IT SERVERAL WEEKS AGO****

Because I just completed those as well prior to I 751 package.

My guess is due to AR11 since that's being addressed to US Department of HOmeland Security.

Just ignore it & it does not mean anything, probably related with the address change (one of the possibilities that you have mailed it to wrong address or it might be USCIS's computer glitch etc....)

concentrate on your ROC & mail it within the time limits. Good luck !....
