Hello, quick question, can we send the I-129F package from the fiance's country - in this case the UK, or will this be suspicious to USCIS? My boyfriend will be visiting me in the UK and we want to know if we can file whilst he is here, or does the package have to be sent from US?

I was the beneficiary, and I sent it off from Canada and had absolutely no problems. It's important that USCIS has the petitioner's US address, though, so NOAs and any possible RFEs get to them.

Hey there!

Welcome to the VJ Community!

I am in the exact same position! I filled in our I-129F petition from the UK, sent it over to my fiancee for her to fill in the rest sent it off. We received our NOA1 around 20 days later.

I myself was concerned due to filing it with A4 paper, but I more or less asked alot of questions based on the fact that I am from the UK. If there are any further questions, please take a look at my thread it might help you out!
