First of all i have to say this is such a good website!!! Thank you all for your help in advance.

Here are my questions.

1. Im preparing my concurrent documents I-130,I-485,&I765 and thinking to submit them before end of June. Im currently under F1-OPT and it expires in July.17,2012. So when im filing all my documents, shall I still get my employment letter? But since it will expire soon, and I have to stop working here unless I can get the new EAD before it gets expired which Im not positive about.

2. My husband will provide all the tax return forms. Do we have to get the transcripts for 3 years? Or the regular forms will be sufficient for I-864?

F1(OPT) to AOS:

2012.06.25 Sent Package

2012.06.27 Package delivered

2012.06.29 Emails/texts acceptance confirmation

2012.07.06 I-797C 3 hard copies received.

2012.07.12 Biometrics Appointment received. Scheduled for July.18

2012.07.18 Biometrics Completed

2012.08.27 EAD Approved

2012.08.31 EAD Mailed out

2012.09.05 EAD received

2012.09.05 I-485 interview scheduled on Oct.10

Since you will have to quit your job in July, I would not bother with any information about your employment. I also would not include your income on the I-864. You will not get your EAD in time.

Photocopies of your complete tax return will be sufficient, if you know that you are sending a complete tax return. Most people, I find, don't know what a complete tax return looks like (if you were sending in a paper copy) so they often make errors on this. A tax transcript includes all of the information from a complete tax return, so it is easier for most people. If you are sure that you have your complete tax return, which includes all W2s or 1099s, and all schedules, then that is fine.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

I m not sure if I know what a complete tax return is. Im thinking just to send whatever i have from my accountant for now. cuz it seems take a while to get the transcript. Will this be a big problem? I assume they will hold up my application if they do require the transcript later on?

You can get a transcript faxed to you today. There are plenty of threads on how, if you use the search function.
