I am gathering all the required documents. On form DS230, please I was just wondering if it is ok to fill it out for my spouse, then scan and email it to her for her signature. After her signature, she will then mail by Fedex, DHL or any other mailing service together with other required original documents such as police certificate, birth certificate, marriage certificate, et. Your thoughts. Thanks.

personally imo, i dont see why not, as you are creating the document yourself using a printer...what is difference if printed here or in another country?

i would ensure that the scans and printings are clear, and do not alter the size of the document.

that said. i did not do this, just my 2 cents on the matter.
