So I called NVC today again to see if there was any record of my case.... during the hold my mind started to wonder as it always does while being placed on hold with a repetitive recording.... I started to think, maybe I should see how long I can get a NVC operator to hold when they come on the phone....The joy I would get for every minute. I dont know if it would make up for all the time i spend calling them! Needless to say I was on hold only for 4 minutes and I was greated with quite a pleasant voice on the other and I snaped out of my day dream and the conversation ended with the usual. "Send us an email we have no record of your file!"

Geez looks like Im not the only one on a longer wait to get their application to NVC. Our I-129f was accepted May 20th and we're still waiting for it to get to NVC. Both agencies keep saying go to the other. I just opened up a "service request" with USCIS which I doubt would result in anything and currently contacting my senators office which also isn't too hopeful. mad.gif

Worst experience in my life! - but worth the end result :)

As I read all the issues with NOA2's and NVC case numbers it makes me want to cry. I got my NOA1 Feb 5th and I thought with the transfer on 6/21 that the process would speed up. Now I don't know what to think.....All I want is for my fiancé to be here....its so hard. I am hanging in here because he is worth waiting a life time for!!!!
