NVC time frame 90 days?

It's been almost a month since our petition approval and we're still waiting for NVC to receive it. My fiance is a Filipina living in Korea and we're waiting for the petition to go to Seoul. Anyway, I called NVC today and the lady that answered, Zoe, was exceptionally helpful. She even looked up the petition by my Social Security number. Still, no luck...and she told me it could take up to 90 days before they can even do anything about it. I know the NOA2 said 2 to 4 weeks, but I'm guessing that's the timeframe that it normally takes. I can't imagine having to wait 90 days...anyone else get this line too?

I was hoping she'd be here by Christmas since it takes about six weeks after they receive packet three for the interview, but it's looking less and less likely since I've had to wait this long for NVC to receive it.

I even wrote to Santa and asked him to bring me Susie for Christmas. I hope he doesn't let me down.

Im in the same boat as you, mrc. And of course the worst part is not knowing where or when your case will be sent to NVC. I called NVC this morning and the woman that answered (sharon) seemed pretty confident that a bunch of cases should be arriving by the end of this week. And that most cases are arriving at NVC around 4 weeks after NOA2. Hope shes right.

MRC hang in ther ena keep emailing NVC, I never got notification that they even received my packet (last call was 10 Oct). I emailed them again on 12 Oct and called today and found out our case had been assigbned and forwarded to manila on 11 Oct. I received and email this evening confirming the phone conversation around 5 pm Hawaii time. We too were hoping for a b4 Christmas interview but looks more like after the new year. Good luck, Payato

The problem is not with the NVC... The majority of the problem is with the CSC shipping department because the clowns at the CSC do not ship your case out till the around 3rd or 4th week of the NOA2 letter or even later like 5 weeks.

The CSC doesn't even have a method for shipping cases to the NVC these clowns will have people waiting one month for there case to get the NVC, and what do these clowns do?? they sent someone's case who gets approved on on Oct 2nd to the NVC, and then this lucky person's case if off to the US Embassy two to three days later. Really pisses people off when the CSC does this!! (So much for a shipping que)?? bunch of bull!!

On a good note I hope that lady was right about a bunch of cases coming this week to the NVC.
