Photostat copy OK or must sign?

My fiance has signed, scanned and emailed her G325 and intention to marry letter. Would it be OK if I printed it and filed for processing or is it a must that she send me the original signed copies?

You need the original versions of those. Otherwise, you will get an RFE. Better to do it now and save that time!

I think it should be original they said signatures must be original but if she signed it and dated it using a blue pen i think it will be ok, a scanned copy using black pen on the signature will make the copy look like xerox copy. I have a friend that sent their packet using scanned copies, they didn't get rfe or any news yet they're still waiting for their noa2

If they're still waiting for their NOA2, then they aren't out of the woods for receiving an RFE requesting originals.

yes they're not free yet of rfe but hoping they'll be ok, she was worried because she asked me after they sent their packet as for my part we used all originals that's what i told her, they're almost 5 months now and no news yet,
