I appreciate the clarity of your statement, the willingness to say what you think. I don't agree with some of what you say but you don't try to hide what you think. No dissembling!

I'm not trying to sound like a jerk on here, but I mean these people are knowingly entering the USA illegally. It shouldn't even be an argument. They know what their doing when they do it, yet not much is being done because one side wants their votes no matter what the cost to this country, and the other side want the cheap illegal slave labor. This country is broke yet illegals are costing this country billions of dollars every year. When does it all end?

I agree with all of what you say here except I think you will find that if that flow of cheap labor is cut off the replacements will cost the tax-payers just as much and probably more in benefits paid out. Not only will their children still be attending public schools and getting medical care in the ER, they will be staying and retiring and drawing all those benefits as well. With the current situation the money paid into SS on their behalf goes into fake numbered accounts and can never be drawn out. The benefit to the economy comes by keeping all their wages here in our economy instead of sent south of the border. It also will theoretically reduce unemployment. It will certainly raise prices in construction, the hospitality industries, etc. I agree with Gary on this one that the real enforcement needs to be directed against the employers who hire these people. Without jobs they will go home. Romney is not the answer. He employed illegals himself and it only became a problem for him when he wanted to run for office and knew it didn't look good.

If you read carefully they imply but don't actually make the claim that all their poultry and beef are Canadian. Maybe they do elsewhere?
