RFE for Form I-864 (gaaahhhhh)

I applied to adjust my status from K-1 Visa received a RFE which states: Submit a completed and signed Form I-864 Affidavit of Support for the petitioner/sponsor listed in Form I-130 or Form I-129F.Even if a joint sponsor will be used the petitioner/sponsor must submit Form I-864.(The Form I-134 is not acceptable to use for Adjustment of Status).Also provide copies of the petitioner/sponsor's most recent Federal Income Tax Returns.

There is no joint sponsor as my husband does not need it and we printed out the Form I-864 from USCIS and submitted a recent Tax Return so how could they make such a mistake??? Also will my Form I-765 and Application for Employment Authorization be put on hold as the letter also states: The Service will process your Form I-765,Application for Employment Authorization (if submitted) within 90 days of the receipt of your missing initial evidence.This is pursuant to Title 8,Code of Federal Regulation.

More is needed for the I-864.

Did you submit a tax transcript or a copy of the tax return? If submitting a tax return copy, were all pages and schedules of the tax return included along with all W2's and 1099's?

If not self employed, was proof of current income claim included?

We submitted a copy of the tax return as well as a W2 for the same year.I do not know what a 1099's is?

He submitted proof of income since he is in the military though would he need to submit proof of income for the last 3 years?

Also do I need to submit from I-864A along with Form I-864?
