Moving to regional forums as mexico has specific things that other countrys do not do before interviews. Also as the OP is asking about mexico specific medical and interview items.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

What happens after the NVC Closes the case, where and when will I schedule the medical and the interview appointment?

Unlike K-1 visas, IR-1/CR-1 applicants don't schedule their own interviews -- the NVC will schedule your interview for you. So, once your case completes, you don't have to do anything, just wait.

You should receive an email from the NVC a few weeks after your case completes. That email will contain your interview letter, and tell you the date and time of your interview.

It took 2 weeks for us to get our interview email once the case completed -- but it could be longer or shorter.

As for your medical check-up, you'll have to do that in Ciudad Juarez before your interview (you can do it the day before). The clinics don't take appointments -- you just have to show up in the morning when they open (around 6 AM). The exam itself costs $190.00, and any vaccinations are extra.

You'll also have to do an ASC appointment, where they take your biometrics information. Once you have your interview date, you can set this appointment up, and there are service centers all over Mexico where you can get it done -- you do not have to do this in Ciudad Juarez.

Check out Packets III and IV on the consulate's webpage -- it has all this information and more. You'll need this info, but for some reason, they don't send it to you by mail.

The interview itself doesn't incur an extra charge -- it's included in the Immigrant Visa fee (IV) fee you paid earlier in the process.
