Ok, almost 5 months and haven't heard a thing about my process. Am I the only one waiting for a decision about the I-751 from all the people that applied on MAY ?. Who's with me? lol.

Yeah, we applied in May and are getting very nervous now since it's almost 6 months.

Which service center did you apply to? We applied to Texas.

first of all, give a list of everything that you sent in for your I-751 application in ase its due to a lack of evidence.

Second of all, if it reaches the 2 years 9 months mark, start getting your N-400 (Naturalization application) ready, so that will force your I-751 to be adjudicated at the same time as your naturalization.

Yes, I received the NOA and it has date MAY 19. I sent:

-Bank Statementes (joint accounts)

-2004-2005 Income Taxes

-Pictures of Both

-Bills with both names

-Affidavits of Two friends

-Copy of checks made payable to both of us like for 1.90 dollars lol

-Lease wth both names

-A letter from my old job satung i worked there and my emergency contact was my wife.

-IRS Receipts with both names

Thats all i sent, now i have an auto insurance with both names but i just got it so if they send me to interview which i wish it won't happen we will bring that extra evidence.

Yes, I got the extension dated May 2. Just waiting for the approval/lifting of conditions.

well, hopefully it'll come in before December, so that'll be a good christmas present for ya!, from what i read, they are processing with dates of April 2006, but ya never know, dont worry

Oh, I guess I misunderstood when you said that you "haven't heard a thing about my process"... The NOA is IT , people. It is common to not get a decision for awhile.. up to 18 months, so relax.

I have never got the NOA1 (the receipt notice) but my lawyer did. The receipt number he got couldn't be found in the USCIS automate system.

I got the NOA2 which I'm not sure what it was because it is Welcome Notice with the same receipt number with my conditional greencard case.

And the case number that came with the 10 years greencard said that the case type is CRI89. I'm so confusing.

Anyway, I sent in my I-751 on May 1, 2006 and got the card Oct 17, 2006; 5 months and 15 days, suprisingly fast for NSC. And guess what, the processing date at NSC is still on the cases they receipt on April 11, 2006.
