Hi Kiki, sorry to hear that.

What we have been doing is collecting all evidence like joint bank account statements, highlighting stuff from them, like, for example, dog vet bills, regular bills...etc. I am going month by month for the past 4 years showing proof we have been living together...

Credit cards showing we both have been paying for the same bills. Her card and my card. Thankfully I always keep my receipts for everything so I have receipts from long ago. I copy them and attach a copy of the used credit card as well (only the last 4 numbers, the rest are scratched out) so that they can compare.

I have printed DMV letters issued to each of us to the same house. Also, we added the life insurance documents...which we should have done in the first place and I wonder why we didn't?

Car insurance documents showing sometimes I pay, sometimes she pays (using her card, or my card, or simply highlighting the bill on our bank statement).

Some of it we already sent, only this time is more complete and everything or almost everything has an explanation written on it. I don't expect them to go through a paper and think we are legit just because of it. I circle everything of importance...so they don't have to do it. I figured that way may be better and easier for them...simply pointing out evidence.

All in all it is a lot of work, and hopefully they understand we are a legitimate couple and happily married.

Last time we barely sent anything and they didn't have any problems...this time we sent tons of information but they requested more. Go figure.

I will keep everybody posted here once I get a response from them.

Kiki, what are you going to send them this time?

Thanks for the support.
