Hello i just have question to ask. I saw post where beginning of june someone had interview at embassy and they were required to seek amendment on childs birth certificate, because birth certificate had fathers name and date of marriage. This was K-1 visa application i think. We are about to start our visa journey too as my fiance anullment is almost over but she has small child too with same on his birth certificate. I know there are many others before us that have been annulled and have small children. Are there any others who have been through this and they required ammendment on childs birth certificate. I just wish to have all things done so there are not too many delays. To get an ammmendment requires court apperance and approx. 90 days to complete. Thanks for any input.

That person had to get the birth certificate amended because they never were married. Yet the birth certificate had said they were.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

No in that issue the BC has the USC's (future hubby, but not the father) name on it, that needs to be corrected before they get to the embassy phase.
