Hi all,

Hope you can help us out here :-)

I filed the I-130 for my husband in April we got a receipt back. Then Tuesday JUne 12th I became a US Citizen :D Now we need to make sure we go ahead and file the other forms .I called USCIS and the agent said we can file the other forms ,just to include a copy of my NAturalization certificate that will No 1 upgrade the petition from me being a LPR to a US citizen any advice apprecaitted . Again the I-130 has not being approved or denied as I was told by filing it as a LPR it could be a slow process . So again and guidance or experiences you may have to share would be great.

Thank you all,

MAry Josephine .

Have a Great Day,

Regards

Mary

You are posting in the wrong area. What visa are you AOSing from or are you filing for a CR-1?
