Something is wrong with your dates above. You say you got a green card through marriage a year after you were divorced and that now, after three months with a green card, you are a naturalized citizen. Not any of this is actually possible.

You'll want to be far more careful with your dates and explanations as you go forward with your new immigration process. Consular officers do not react kindly to those who play fast and loose with the truth and neither do the members here. For us though, you've just wasted people's time giving you answers that don't apply to you.

Do expect to face significant extra scrutiny. Although you DO qualify to file a petition for a new fiancee or spouse, your circumstances fit a very common fraud scenario.

I completely agree. I am not accusing the OP of fraud. However, his circumstances does fit a VERY COMMON fraud scenario.

Marry a US citizen to get a green card and US citizenship. Marriage is only for a green card - there is no love.

Go home to India to be with his real love and gets her pregnant.

Go back to US to wait to get US citizenship.

Divorce wife once he gets the 10 years green card or US citizenship.

Bring his real love and child to the US.

FRAUD!!!!!!!!

Yes, that's the scenario. The OP will need to have compelling evidence to overcome the well trained Consular Officer's assumption that's exactly what he did.

Since your situation is very similar to a common fraud scenario, you may benefit from consulting with a qualified AILA lawyer. Do not go to any lawyer. Go to a very reputable lawyer.

There is no way for us to help you. Whether your fiancee can immigrate to the US will depend on the details. Details that cannot be addressed in an online forum.
