Don't check either of them. Follow the example form: http://www.visajourney.com/examples/Form-I-134.pdf

If that makes you feel uneasy for some reason, then check intend and put something similar to: 'K-1 visa process for permanent residence (provide all expenses as necessary)'

I have the exact same question. I thought I was going to mark "not intend" but changing my mind now.
