Copy of Marriage Certificate (back) ?

It requests Copy of Marriage Certificate (Front & Back).

My Certificate has nothing on the back. Its just blank. Are there some states that have Information on the back of them? And is this directed to them?

Since my back is blank, should I not bother submitting anything or should I just add a blank sheet of paper stating there is no information on it?

Some states have information on the back of the marriage certificate some don't. If its blank on the back, no copy is needed.
