We will even get my fiance congressman involved since we have nothing to lose. It's time some politician know how inneficient the immigration process is in usa.

Yes. It's terrible. This is the last week before I go on the offensive too. After this week, it's into 160 day territory. My 5 months is tomorrow (Received on the 18th) NOA1 was 1/20...It's really crazy that we have all waited so long..I'm hoping they'll surprise me this week, and I won't have to think about this anymore..But I'm going to prepare for the worst. Because it's just be one disappoint after another with this process. Never seen anything like it.

1/13/12 - I-129F Petition Submitted to Dallas Lockbox

1/18/12 - Received at Vermont Service Center

1/20/12 - NOA1

1/24/12 - Touched

2/09/12 - Touched

8/02/12 - NOA2 (197 Days After Received at VSC)

8/14/12 - Received at NVC (Assigned Case Number)

Maybe not. You may have to wait until ~ July 15th to file a request. My NOA date was 1/5. I had to wait until June 15th before they let me file a service request. They update their dates mid month and if their time is 5 months they will just use a dummy date 5 months before. Your case needs to have an NOA after that dummy date.

My receipt number is EAC1290243xxx and I have yet to hear anything...I think my application may be lost in that box as well....at this rate ill probably end up getting a divorce before I get my NOA2

have faith in your relationship. uscis is the one you shouldn't have faith in at all. if you are pass your 5 month period, get the ombudsman on your case.
