Hi,

I am a F-1 Student, married a USC. Right now we are in the process of gathering all materials for AOS, and just wondering whether I have to include a copy of my previous expired F-1 visa that has stamped "Cancelled without prejudice", or just include the current visa would be sufficient ?

Thank you!

The current visa that you used to enter the US last time is sufficient.
