We married each other in US,But we have no money to make a party ,And i want ask for permenant resident card ,Do i have any problem?

Please fill your timeline so we know what kind of visa you are adjusting from.

And no, a wedding reception/party is not a proof of marriage. A marriage certificate is. However, depending on what kind of visa you are adjusting from, you will most likely need other proof of a bona fide relationship to AOS.

It's entirely up to you how you want to celebrate your wedding. All you need for AOS is a certified marriage certificate that proves you are legally married. In addition to all the other material of course.
