Hi VJ,

The Paris embassy did not receive our Packet 3. Unfortunately, my fiance did not copy the packet before mailing it. Does anyone know where I can find the DS-2001? I looked on the Dept of State's website, but it is not there. The Paris embassy said that he can fax it tomorrow.

DS-2001 can vary from country to country, but is a list if documents that the beneficiary need to get for the interview.

Here is the one from London England for an idea what it may have on it, but wait for the correct one to be faxed to you.

Oh ok. I didn't know 2001 varied from country to country. Which is probably why it isn't listed in the Dept of State's forms list. Thanks.
