Been almost 2 weeks and no NOA yet

Hi all.

I sent my ROC packet to USCIS Vermont almost 2 weeks ago and I still haven't gotten any response or more importantly an NOA yet. My concern is that my GC expires at the end of the month and I'm at a loss of what I can do if I don't receive any word. I wasn't able to apply till 2 weeks ago due to issues with my divorce papers etc etc.

I'm concerned I'm going to be kicked out of america, is there any advice out there on what I can do? I just want to hear something before the time runs out and I will be deported. :/

You need to wait more, at least 1 more week, may be your NOA's on the way. If you still don't receive it by the end of the month, you can call USCIS or go to a USCIS local office and show them the delivery confirmation.
