upon entering in the united states, do we still need to have a vaccine in the USA for k1?

Yes. You will need to take your DS-3-25 to a civil surgeon or fax it to them so they can see what missing vaccinations are required. You will also have to call around for a civil surgeon to just feel out Form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record, immunizations only. You need to make them aware that your fiancee just had her medical exam at Saint Lukes in Manila nad it is good for 1 year and all they have to do is fill out and certify the vaccination portion of the I-693. If they tell you need another medical exam which is expensive, call around to a civil surgeon wh won't try to cheat you. I found one in my city who will only charge #25 for documenting the certifying the immunizations. Get the immunization identified by the civil surgeon at your family doctor, which should be covered under your medical insurance for your company. See link below to find civil surgeons in your area.
