I HAD AN INTERVIEW FOR IR1 VISA IN FOURTH JUNE2012 BUT THE CONSOL OFICER GAVES ME A REFUSAL WORKSHEET 221G AND SHE SAID TO ME THAT MY CASE WILL RETURN TO USCIS

I CALLED THE EMBASY AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY SENT MY PETITION BACK IN SEVENTH JUNE2012

I WANT TO KNOW PLE HOW MUCH TIME THEY NEED TO REAPROUVE IT AGAIN AND THANK U

please fill out your timeline so we know what country your coming from and you can get better answers

it's a difficult question to answer... what happened at the interview? What reasons did they give to send the case back to USCIS? The time it takes varies greatly... honestly in the last two weeks i've seen cases sent back and reapproved in record time and others takes 3-6 months.

Once USCIS receives the petition back, re-affirmation is not guarantee. An adjudicator could decide to agree with decision made by the CO and send a Notice of Intent to Revoke (NOIR) to the petitioner in the US. If the petitioner receives an NOIR, it will state specific reasons why it was sent and all of those reasons must be addressed when responding to an NOIR. Additionally, an NOIR must be responded to by the deadline stated on the notice. Failure to respond to an NOIR or failure to properly respond to an NOIR will result in the approval of the petition being revoked and a mark of misrepresentation being placed against the beneficiary.
