Got an email on May 24 that your case was processed i thaught it is an approval notice but today on June 15 recevied another email saying we approved your I-130 i wonder how long does it take to receive Notice in regular mail.

Got an email on May 24 that your case was processed i thaught it is an approval notice but today on June 15 recevied another email saying we approved your I-130 i wonder how long does it take to receive Notice in regular mail.

I had replied to your thread about the confusing email about your i130 ... the email you received the first time sounded like an error email but if you got an approval notice yesterday for your i130 and it says

on xxx date we sent a letter approving your i130 petiton for relative etc etc etc... that THATS what you;ve been waiting for.. THAT IS DEF your noa2 amd it took us less than two weeks for the hard copy.

So congratulations!!! FINALLY... and welcome to the next step!!!

POLICE CERTIFICATES DOES SHE NEED TO GET THEM ATTESTED FROM FOREIGN OFFICE ISLAMABAD OR FROM LOCAL COURT? DID YOU EMAIL NVC DS-3032 OR MAILED THEM?

we emailed the ds3032 and we took the police certificates birth certificate, nikah and english translation and we went to the foreign ministry office and had copies made and the copies attested so we had back ups in case the originals were lost but you dont have to have the originals attested but you must send the originals to NVC

THANKS A LOT ONE MORE QUESTION FOR YOU THAN I WILL LEAVE YOU ALONE I WAS LOOKING AT YOUR TIMELINE ON 05-17-2011 YOU RECEIVED PACKET 4 WHAT IS THAT DID YOU GET IT FROM NVC OR ISLAMABAD?

I can't remember exactly what it is and maybe I shouldn't have marked it (i know packet 3 is for k1) but my husband told me to mark it he thought it was the right packet for CR1 and it would be the email stuff from NVC if anything.. that's the packet you would get next for CR1.. all from NVC asking for the i864 and the ds230 info and the payment portal info

Ahhh I remb now the packet 4 is the interview packet with the interview letter etc so that you can get your medical and stuff done... just asked my husband on skype :)He reminded me.. it's been so long since we did it... couldn't remb the details
