for the -129F Supplement: Part B, Question 18, do we just type a paragraph on how we met in person or is it more like one page??

You can just put a few sentences that fit in the space on the actual form. They just want the details of you meeting in person within the last 2 years and not your whole love story. If you want to type a paragraph on a supplemental sheet, that is fine too.
