I made the comment before you had commented on the video, to be fair.

I never said that a janitor deserves less respect than the President. I also never claimed the President is better than anyone. Nobody deserves that level of disrespect. The fact that people are DEFENDING him actually blows my mind a bit.

I know right? Why would anyone interrupt a tyrant when he's giving orders? Shame on them for doing so. ** freedom of the press. ** the first amendment! Heil Hitler!

I see. So I don't believe in letting tyranny takes place, and I'm the one who's out of my mind?

Yeah, it's the reverse buddy. As much as I hate to tell you.

I know you and the drones out there who drool to be led by an overlord are happy about this, but those of us who believe in liberty are back here on planet earth knowing that when you give someone an inch, they'll take a mile. History is doomed to repeat itself over and over again, because the human brain is in capable of remembering/realize how tyrannical governments come into power.

Still funny. The different incidents with Bush and Obama shouldn't be compared. The disrepect to Bush was committed by a foreigner on foreign land while the latter to Obama by an American at the White house. Respect was due to both but the shoe thrower doesn't answer to ANY American president unlike the heckler.

I think he's still ranting about Hitler and how he, along with a select few, will be our saviour. Hallelujah.

A brave soul to heckle the president. Especially this one who acts like a King in response. "Not While I'm speaking!"

When asked about this, after the 'event' - the 'writer' claims that he thought the President was finished talking (that first time) and thought to jump in with the question. And did it a second time.

It's strange that it's labelled heckling, though - when, it seems (to many) that this 'reporter' simply not understand Rose Garden Press Briefings Protocol. Maybe he missed that part of his training? It's given quarterly from the WH Press Office, IIRC.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
