Need advice. My husband have received his green card n have gone back to Ghana to take care of personal business. I wanted to know do u all think my stepson interview can be expedited since my husband is already over there. My stepson paperwork is with the Nvc and I'm just waiting on them to look at the package n get interview date. So do you all think I should get it expedited or just let Nvc set up the interview date. Will it be sooner with the embassy of not. Please help. Thanks

You can certainly try but I don't know what the criteria are for an expedite.
