Lawyers do nothing but take thousands of dollars from you. They cannot help with the process.

Speed it up. Hit the space bar too quickly.

No, no lawyer can speed it up. A lawyer can only help you fill out the required forms, and give you advice. If you were able to get this far without one, don't bother with a lawyer, they cost thousands and it will take the same time.

No lawyer cans peed it up?? that is english

No, but neither is "sesters and bothers." :)

I believe the OP is talking about a NOIR, not an initial petition.

OH GOD , im really deezy

Consider seeing a doctor for that.

lol. Just kidding.

I agree. You do not need a lawyer. Just ask a lot of questions on here and fill out the forms yourself as long as you understand them.

Moving from Process & Procedures to Progress Reports; thread is a status update.

HELLO

MY WIFE GOT PAPERS FROM HOMELAND SUCIRETY 10 DAYS GO SAY THAT THEY GET OUR PAPERS AND IS ON REVEIW

TELL US ADVICE PLEASE ? AND HOW LONG IT TAKE ? DID LAWYER CAN HELP ? BECAUSE WE THINK TO HAVE ONE

Your wife waits until she receives an NOIR or a reaffirmation.

No, no lawyer can speed it up. A lawyer can only help you fill out the required forms, and give you advice. If you were able to get this far without one, don't bother with a lawyer, they cost thousands and it will take the same time.

I agree. You do not need a lawyer. Just ask a lot of questions on here and fill out the forms yourself as long as you understand them.

The petitioner in the OP's case is is likely to receive an NOIR (the OP was denied a visa at the interview). Responding to an NOIR is more than just filling out forms, an NOIR will specifically state why it has been sent and it is those specifics that must be addressed in the response to the notice. If an NOIR is not responded to properly or not responded to at all, the approval of the petition will be revoked.

Sometimes in situations like this, it may be reasonable and prudent to obtain legal assistance from a qualified attorney. The decision to obtain legal assistance can only be made by the individual in that situation.

MozMoz - what's up with you showing your wife ALL of my prior posts/replies to you?

I get the solid sense you've never, ever, done that.

IF YOU HAD, you'd have no more questions. I've explained it all, 4 times, over 5 months since yer interview.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

I find that some MENA members ask questions and get the answers but do not know the language well enough to understand the replies. Either the spouse has to come onto the forum and learn the entire process and explain it to them or perhaps a link in Arabic somewhere on the site may be helpful. This is only one of many members I see go around in circles asking essentially the same questions over and over again.

Darnell, lol I can agree with you when we feel we have more than helped and yet we see similar posts from the same members. I think it is unfortunate that the spouse does not join the forum to help their situation. We see members who clearly don't understand but are expected to do well at the interview when Casa can be brutal.

Mozmoz my suggestions get your wife on the forum or use a translation app to understand the process better.

Both partitives need to be involved form the beginning, save lots of questions and the education helps, good luck, maybe an attorney would be a good choice depending on what the response is. Good Luck.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.

He doesn't see the 'email link' at the bottom left of this page, either. Alas. WoeBeGone.
