hi..i think it would help if you could fill out ur timeline and give some more information like on what visa where u before you applied for AOS (k1,f1,j1....) and do you have a working permit and for how long or when does it expire..

when you give more specific information then ppl here on vj can help you better :) :) :)

You are breaking the law. Your illegal work is forgiven as you are the spouse of a USC but yes, you should quit your job so that you actually look like you care about following the laws of the country you want to immigrate to.
