Hi everyone,

We're filling out the I-131 right now and item 14 is "Date authorized stay expired, will expire, as shown on Form I-94 or I-95". My I-94 only has "D/S" on it. I'm an F-1 on unexpired OPT and a valid EAD. Where should I find this date? EAD, I-20, somewhere else? The dates on my EAD and I-20 don't match because there was a processing delay and while the I-20 end date was 6/4, my EAD end date is 6/26. I did an exhaustive search of the site but didn't find this answer. Anyone care to chime in?

D/S which means 'Duration of Status."

Did you put that down on the I-131?

You should be posting in this: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/130-adjustment-of-status-from-work-student-tourist-visas/ forum. I have reported this thread to be moved.

You put d/s as harpa stated.

Thread has been moved from the AOS from a family based visa entry forum to AOS from a work, student & Tourist visa based entry forum as the OP is adjusting from an F-1 student visa.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”
