Tell me about it. I'm a December filer still waiting for my NOA2. Think about how annoyed I get when January and February filers have gotten theirs already. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy for the filers, but I get more aggravated with the USCIS and its seemingly random system by the day.

Have you submitted a service request yet?? If it's outside of 5months, go ahead and submit one for sure if you haven't already.

It is great people believing in the governments process, with the stroke of a pen the president just placed 850,000 illegals in front of everyone else. Let the paying legal customer wait, they do it the legal way they can wait

thanks for this number. So our president put almost a million illegals in front of us?

what a joke! we ALL need to start calling the VSC to find out how much longer we are going to be put on HOLD.

Yes, on May 8. I received a response that basically said it's currently under review and I should hear something within 60 days. Today is day 41 out of 60.

I got my Representative involved, and received a notice last Wednesday that we should hear something "Very shortly". Of course, that falls withing the service request timeline that I received on May 8, so...did the representative help any? Who's to say? But, at least I can believe they are finally working on it.

Today is 196 days and counting, waiting for NOA2...hopefully we are on the better side of the "average time" for the post approval process.

Yeah no kidding! A BLATANT attempt to gather votes. This is EXACTLY the type of thing Chavez does is Venezuela. My wife, a Venezuelan, couldn't believe it when I told her..."Oh my God! That's exactly what Chavez did here! Brought in Cubans, Chinese, and Russians to vote for him!"

It infuriated both of us! Just like you and other posters stated, neglect people that play by the rules and pay their dues in fees, time apart, paperwork gathering, etc. Who cares about us, right?

I just called the VSC again this morning in an attempt to place an SR. They said I can't sense they are still processing Jan 1st. Same reply as last week. They said my only solution was to write a letter and send via snail mail.
