It appears that you don't fully understand how the process works. The files are all sent to the offices in Vermont and Cali and they pile up there until one of the workes is assigned a group of cases.

I'm seeing lots of Feb/March filers received their NOA2 already! and most of them are from CSC! :( what's up with Vermont Service Center? *breaks my heart* :crying:

Don't fret! It's coming. We filed for a K-1January 26th and only recieved our NOA2 two weeks ago.

It's coming, slowly but surely.

Hey KP&RP we are a March filer too. :blush: but no NOA2 yet.. :unsure: This waiting game is killing me. I hope we get our NOA2 very soon. Im praying for everyone who is struggling with the same issue. God Bless. :D(L)

After Long time saw a post for approval from VSC with NOA1 of 31.01.2012 :yes:

Hope they finish the Protected Status file work ASAP and start with our files...

thank you! I am a March Filer Myself!

I just can't believe they let people cut in front of us that are here in the US ilegally.

as you can see by our debt and oil prices, our US gov is run by corupt lawyers, not engineers like in China.

Tell me about it. I'm a December filer still waiting for my NOA2. Think about how annoyed I get when January and February filers have gotten theirs already. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy for the filers, but I get more aggravated with the USCIS and its seemingly random system by the day.

06/25/2012 - NOA2 Approval
10/03/2012 - NVC processed IV Application and assigned interview date

11/20/2012 - Visa Received
12/17/2012 - Arrival home in Buffalo, NY, PoE = Aruba

Lifting Conditions

09/26/2014 - Filed I-751 - VSC

10/15/2014 - NOA

11/10/2014 - Biometrics at Buffalo, NY Field Office

06/10/2015 - Update to case stating new green card is on order. Approved!

06/16/2015 - Update to case stating new green card was shipped with tracking number

06/18/2015 - New Green card arrived!

It appears that you don't fully understand how the process works. The files are all sent to the offices in Vermont and Cali and they pile up there until one of the workes is assigned a group of cases. Those cases can move slower than cases on another workers desk... Nobody is cutting in front of anyone else unless they get approved for an expedite which is not easily obtained...

Mine's still at Vermont also...but I'm a December filer. :(:angry:
