Vermont Service Center processing time

I'm seeing lots of Feb/March filers received their NOA2 already! and most of them are from CSC! :( what's up with Vermont Service Center? *breaks my heart* :crying:

Don't fret! It's coming. We filed for a K-1January 26th and only recieved our NOA2 two weeks ago.

It's coming, slowly but surely.

Hey KP&RP we are a March filer too. :blush: but no NOA2 yet.. :unsure: This waiting game is killing me. I hope we get our NOA2 very soon. Im praying for everyone who is struggling with the same issue. God Bless. :D(L)

I just can't believe they let people cut in front of us that are here in the US ilegally.

as you can see by our debt and oil prices, our US gov is run by corupt lawyers, not engineers like in China.

Tell me about it. I'm a December filer still waiting for my NOA2. Think about how annoyed I get when January and February filers have gotten theirs already. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy for the filers, but I get more aggravated with the USCIS and its seemingly random system by the day.

It appears that you don't fully understand how the process works. The files are all sent to the offices in Vermont and Cali and they pile up there until one of the workes is assigned a group of cases. Those cases can move slower than cases on another workers desk... Nobody is cutting in front of anyone else unless they get approved for an expedite which is not easily obtained...
